I have been following the FDA CBD news weekly. In my opinion of analysis I believe the Edibles cbd will be allowable with pharmaceutical grade cbd , ie. lab grown in vats.

Science is at a point where they can vat grow 1 of the 100 cannabinoids from a molecule into 1,500 gallon vats in 5 to 10 days.
Vat grown, could yield 2 tractor tankers of the specified cannabinoid 2.0 in 1 month. Then the industry could viable supply an industrial market.
