Who needs to "come clean" in my GS Warriors example?

Suppose you hire someone to do certain thing for you and you paid dearly, when it turns out badly you hold someone else accountable other than yourself.............always? Suppose you are JT?

I hold Du accountable.

Was Thero correct in hiring a top notch lawfirm? YES.

Did that lawfirm present a winnaable (agreed by everyone) case to Du? YES.

Was Thero correct in not settling for Generics' market entry in 2024? YES.

Billions already lost for the moment, business as usual then?
Where will the buck stop at?

Waiting for you to cite a spesific error by Thero, not the final outcome that he didn't have control over (Du did).

vtem...JT was not alone in the Du Debacle...He was advised by his in house counsel, Kennedy in the selection of Covington and later in the selection of Singer...and by his scientific advisers , Ketchum and Granewitz, who failed to see the kinds of errors judge Du would make on Mori, Kura, and the USPTO...should all these managers be fired and....would that make Amarin a better company?

Lets hold our fire(pun intended) until we see the results of the appeal.
