Of course not! But 99% of your typical pink sheet shareholders don't know that, and the don't want to (or don't have the skill) to go out, learn, and understand this. AND, if they did, they'd just dismiss it anyway!

IMO, he thinks everyone else is DUMB and NOT onto his game because he has "gotten away" with this for so long! HE REALLY HASN'T! People like him and his cronies or whatever you want to call them don't know when to STOP .... IMO, motivated by GREED!
