How much sales does Bozo Berman have to do to earn a $450,000 profit?
Berman ships the distributor(s) 25% of DECN's annual sales then says,
"Go ahead and sell the junk, but don't fret over having to pay our invoices! We'll just write them off! My shareholders will be happy to oblige! You're welcome!"
Given DECN's historic 180-day DSO, it is very likely the actual write-off should be greater than $450,000. Real companies don't regularly carry Accounts Receivable for a ridiculous 180 days!
Wanna know one of the significant reasons for all of DECN's convertible toxic debt? Pitiful cash flow! Why pitiful cash flow? A 180-day DSO!
BTW, how will DECN ever finance it's GenViro inventory without any cash! The earlier reported $10 million inventory line-of-credit won't get DECN through a month!
