As I stated in my post. I talked with Downs probation officer and the gist of the conversation was just that. He didn't seem to know much about what was going on with IDS and the press releases.

To assume that Downs press releases have validity because he hasn't been called in by the parole officer would be assuming you won the lottery and spent all the money before verifying it.

Call his proby yourself and discuss the matters with him. You will see how much he knows.
