Too much debt. They need cash. I expect them to start selling shares soon if they are not already.

Well.. we are in the middle of a pandemic where their products are a requirement - you'd think this is the best time to strike when the iron is hot.... not seeing any striking.

Now to the point made by others, that does not mean its not happening - it just means there has not been news of such.
