* AUDITES FINS
I assume you mean "Audited Financials". Yes indeed. DBMM has audited financials that ACCURATELY show just how terrible they are doing financially! Not enough revenue to keep the company running. They BORROW EXTRA EVERY QUARTER, just to keep the lights on! Great financials.
* Current in fins last 2+ years
Is this supposed to be some sort of great accomplishment? THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of companies have NO TROUBLE filing their REQUIRED FINANCIAL REPORTS every Quarter!
* Running business
Again, one would assume that most companies have a running business. It isn't that it's a "running business". It's that it's a "running business" that spends MORE than it BRINGS IN - EVERY QUARTER! and it's been happening for EVERY YEAR SINCE THE COMPANY WAS FORMED!!!!
* Revenue
See above!
* Clients
Yes. They apparently have some clients. Obviously, these wonderful clients don't PAY very well. Because all their "Clients" combined apparently don't pay enough to allow the company to survive WITHOUT BORROWING EVERY QUARTER. Also, it's not even KNOWN how MANY clients DBMM HAS! Because of VERY convenient "NDA's". Good way to make the shareholders wonder if they even EXIST!
* IT and Management employees
* IT Awards
I lumped these two together because they are meaningless. By the way, how MANY IT employees do they ACTUALLY HAVE anyways?? The PUBLISHED financials say 7 (I believe). I've heard something in the order of 17 here on this board. Which is it? I believe the actual filings.
Oh. And the awards? They've made SUCH a difference in the revenue, eh?
* UNCHANGED Float last 4+ years
This has already been talked about ad nauseum. This is no "badge of honor", no matter which way you slice it! They CANNOT CHANGE the float while on the Grey or Expert Market! They've been on these markets since 2017...three years! OF COURSE they haven't changed the share structure! THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO!
* Harvard Grad CEO
Oh yes. Linda's a wonder isn't she? HA! She is the WHOLE REASON this company is in the basement of the OTC! She first IGNORED the SEC and then decided to fight with them for the last 4 years! CEMENTING this company in the dreggs of the OTC....at a share price in the low thousandths of a penny! GREAT FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS, EH? oh yeah....she is just WONDERFUL!
* Technical leadership
If this "technical leadership" was any good, DBMM would be at the top of their field. Instead? The entire division makes NO REVENUE from the US (one of the hottest markets for companies) and VERY LITTLE revenue from the European sector. Less than half a million per year, isn't it? AWFUL!
* Great recommendations from clients
These "recommendations" are mostly old and outdated. And because of these NDA's (VERY convenient NDA's I might add), no one even knows who their clients ARE (or if they really have ANY at ALL!)
*300+M NAKED shorts
PUH-LEASE! This is PURE FANTASY. There are no "NAKED SHORTS"! There's no evidence of any naked shorts using ANY of the industry standard ways of exposing them. THEY DO NOT EXIST!
* 1st company to be reinstated to PINK from Grey after WINNING OIP
Really. I must've missed this. Oh. That's right. IT HASN'T HAPPENED!!! That's because the OIP is still ongoing! NOTHING HAS BEEN DECIDED! DBMM has won.....NOTHING!!
* Candidate to run for 10,000%+ after reinstatement to PINK.
You know how many companies have graduated to pink status after being mired in the "EXPERT" market for years? Get ready for it.....
ZERO! That's right JACK!! There's never even been ONE company that has accomplished it!
And neither will DBMM.
