Legacy fiber and Cable infrastructure will be too expensive to “dump”

Look for “rural” to leapfrog with mmwave. This is how “make in America” can really materialize.

Covid changes everything.

“Suburbanize” trend has already begun. Look for similar uptick just like the 70-90s.
