I am very hopeful on S2C results and I was going with very minimal deaths in Lero arm - but in biotech surprised failures are a norm. Many trials have good results but not good enough - that is the scary part - missing finish line by few inches.
Been in that situation many times and lost money on those stocks. So always cautious and do not celebrate till we see the actual numbers.
