I disagree since this is NOT a first time patent infringement case. Once the files stating the approval and everything USPTO court has done, this will speed things up quickly

Locwolf, I may be wrong, but I remember a ruling from the USPO concerning facilitating patents, which stated they qualify as legal patents. I don't remember the case ruling and I could be wrong, but I remember think I would help HDC. It occurred about 10-12 years ago. Don't hold me to anything, I am old also.
