When I got my tests they had ordinary shipping containers on testing lot...I don't think the self branded trailers are a game changer. TPTW is way over valued even at .03 it's not going to be a money maker. You just need a fridge for the testing agents and a hard surface to write. Why would you need a $150k spectrometer and other types of lab equipment for a single file of trafic.
