Did you actually read the court doc? It clearly states that the allegations in the OIP are proven.
The judge felt that revocation was too harsh a penalty even though revocation would have fit the bill.
Just because folks want this to be pink doesn’t mean the SEC had it out for DBMM. The SEC simply won’t allow DBMM to continue as if they did then every POS company would try and pull the same shit and not file their required SEC filings.
I think the PFR will finally put an end to DBMM once and for all
