I believe the 3 have been inconvenienced for 2 decades since the cable companies denied their generous offer of $5 million for their innovation
zombywolf has attended that courtroom & stated it's big enough to fit folks in with adequate spacing,
perhaps they may not allow as many spectators as usual (most folks with underlying issues are not going out for non-essential exposure though)

the inventors made applications for 3 patents 2 days after christmas dec 27th 2000
(guesstimated age aprox. 70+ of intrepid inventors.. .thus commenced around 50+ yrs old)
I hope all 3 gentlemen ~ Earl Hennenhoefer, Richard Snyder & Robert Stine
get blessed with justice & CASH SOON for their innovative tech
