It goes to intent in my opinion. The fact that smaller shareholders were paid off, however little it was, they did actually perform a payback. It looks like they made a go at it, attended conferences, put out videos, public relation statements, etc. Incompetence not illegal. My only ongoing question is was anything ever manufactured at any level and why did no one buy this hyped technology. Why no reporting to investors whether private or public? I own a company and if my investors or partners had questions, I do my best to answer everything or I know they will attack me. Why doesn't XNRGI have to answer anything? Are we too scared to act? Is it worth it? I know I have a lot of money in this and I am willing to do something to try and get a status report either by legal demand or something and I am willing to contribute. We just need someone to take the lead on this.
This is my opinion as a business owner with no legal experience whatsoever in this area.
