When the fed legalizes pot.

SEC regulation doesn’t allow for companies to trade on the big exchanges that have differing state and fed law restrictions. That’s the game changer. It will happen soon, within the next year or so imo, as the fed will be looking for any and all tax revenue sources to contribute to this mind blowing deficit they’ve created. The US is slated to become the world’s largest consumer of weed and its derivatives once legalized by the fed. My only concern would be that it gets treated as a commodity and subsidized at some point, but I don’t think that would happen as there is far too much tax revenue potential to states and the fed as a retail product.

Once the quality pot companies get uplisted, institutions will invest and real valuations and growth multiples will play into the share price of many of these pot stocks.
