Why incur expense (fees, etc) for RS and not get to NASDAQ? CEO could have easily caused SP to run up a bit then do RS so the SP would be $5+ on the NASDAQ which opens the door to healthier money which is needed for operations. Rennova's gonna need a lot more money for operations. We've all seen the 10K and 10Q showing how much money they've been losing.
I don't know if something is cooking, but I was thinking the same thing about announcing RS a week prior to the event. SL has been ringing RS in our ears for the past year now, and then slapped us with this recent news. All I can say is what goes around, comes around.
