Seriously asking why ? simple, 10 B authorized remains in effect. The outstanding shares of 9.9B (let’s just call it maxed at 10 for simple math) post the absurd 10,000 split leaves us schmucks holding outstanding shares of 1 million ! 10 billion outstanding drops to 1 million !! So this ass hat basically has 9.9 billion shares to dilute the ever loving crap out of it to line the coffers as he drives this back to 0001.
That’s why he would “incur the expense”. This is a joke of a company.
