I strongly disagree. I think the use of funds over the last 4 years has been incredibly cavalier and irresponsible.
From repeated 'rewrites' 'from the ground up', expensive leasing, outrageous management bonuses, and massive launches and the associated marketing for Entourage and Netsuite, that immediately flopped -- ie very poor upfront research, numerous 'pivots' -- the amount of wasted money here has been outrageous.
I may be old fashioned. I believe in starting small, proving the business model one step at a time, keeping costs down as much as possible, and growing organically -- ie not putting the cart before the horse. If you do it right, the money will come - and that will include financing on good terms. Bbooth/NFUSZ/VERB have take the complete opposite approach.
