concerning the financings,don't say

You should know that the equity options were always contingent on Xechem's ability to pre-pay the note,and once again,Xechems survival depended on these loans...

In other words they could have paid the note. Just like this last one. They were loaning cash when the pps was much higher than it is now !
can you say RISK ?
