Glad that we finally got an update - had a feeling that we would get one soon based on Senti’s comment from yesterday.
As to the “everything is locked and TLD will be any day now” crowd, that was always wishful thinking that colored their interpretation of the comments in the last 10Q.
Now we have assurance and some clarity on the status of the DL, whch in my book is great news. Because the silence and uncertainty were really raising the risk profile of this investment, and I believe larger investors were making their concerns known to the company.
