The SEC documents give investors insight into the thinking and motivations of self-dealing KW, BIEL's self-appointed CEO / President / Treasurer / CFO / Executive Board Member.

As of 3-31-2020 the unpaid and overdue SEC fine, earned by KW and her daddy, still sits on BIEL's balance sheet now positioned to be paid from BIEL shareholder equity. Clearly an insult to injury.
