Everyone would get offered the warrants at the same time, but the more shares you have the more warrants you'll end up with. Hopefully they would come out at the current price let's say at about .07, meaning we would be able to buy whatever amount of warrants we have at .07. Example: if in 6 months henc goes up to .50 we could still buy it at .07 and turn around and sell it the next day at .50
Just another way we make money if henc goes up. I believe it works something like that.
