Motions to disqualify judges are rarely granted

Oh I think there’s good cause here to disqualify Du. I understand you have no opinion due to the unlikely prospects of Du being disqualified, but if she’s not disqualified and this case gets remanded back to her can there be “justice”. No way.

She’s gone IMO. Public comment of “fish oil”....not good ...”Radom assignment”....worse than “fish oil” statment.

Marjac complaint can’t have any impact on the appeal.

Maybe, but on future appeals it could. If Du orders to consolidate this case...that itself is appealable. It’s like a mirror reflection of a mirror.

The marjac complaint is already public knowledge. And judges don't isolate from each other. It's in their wheelhouse.

Whoever the panel is has very possibly already heard the complaint, and its substance sure doesn't palliate her disregard for either binding precedent, extensive expert testimony, or the factual conclusions of 2 separate federal agencies.
