"WOW" All these emails and phone calls to a lousy transfer agent who can only echo chamber whatever the company is telling them, yet not one grave soul will ask who the control person is giving this information. They won't even ask when the last time was that the transfer agent was updated, no no, that might produce a bursted bubble.

On the other hand, the TA has encouraged people to call VGTL to get accurate info, except VGTL has gone to radio silence as soon as they announced this so-called merger over an entire fiscal quarter ago without a peep since. Good thing nobody is relying on an SEC busted scammer for info here, sheesh!
