Seems to me that the only way to "win in Iraq" is to do what Daddy Bush did...........squeeze, but don't, for Christ's sake, INVADE...
Re: why he cares...... I honestly think it is/was about topping what daddy did....(not going so well).
KEEP in mind, this is a man who says that he will be hailed as one of the "Greats" but not until he is dead for at least 30 years. He is SURE that we don't get it, but will in 30 years. This is NOT a man who will listen to opinions that run counter to his. He knows that he is right..........ALWAYS. It's only a theory, but it explains everything, except his re-election.
