From the proxy and ZT's posts, he knows that DGF is the biggest issue..

Why are they keep thinking that increase AS or RS are the only way to satisfy DGF? Why aren't they consider paying back DGF when they get the next round of cash infusion?

maybe and just maybe is part of the business plan.. so far, no hint of paying back DGF with cash... just a lot info. on continue making shares available to them.

I posted proof that Turner lied to another shareholder about being an Active Reserve in the IDF or the Tzahal - so he could help the fight against C19 and that was why he didn't complete the 10-K.

It was all BS - Turner is 48 and the cut off age for being a reserve is 40 - so he provided untruthful information.

But, now you believe that he is going to provide you with truthful information. How many OWCP insiders have already lied to you?

Turner was the OWCP public enemy number one and now he is the company savior. SMH!

Everything being done is to benefit DGF/Sims not the shareholders.

So Turner is a Dove but was according to the post was in the Regional Defense unit.

Do you have proof was in the active Reserves for 3 or 4 weeks that kept him for filing the 10-K and failed to meet the deadline.

It is amazing how the once much hated Turner is now treated as a deity - and his word is straight from God - Turner is a Conman and always has been since the OWCP scam.
