From the proxy and ZT's posts, he knows that DGF is the biggest issue..

Why are they keep thinking that increase AS or RS are the only way to satisfy DGF? Why aren't they consider paying back DGF when they get the next round of cash infusion?

maybe and just maybe is part of the business plan.. so far, no hint of paying back DGF with cash... just a lot info. on continue making shares available to them.
