Pain Gear IMO is probably one of the OEM experiment,partners as we gave Pharmevo distribution and marketing rights using Pain Gear as their "Brand" name. Pharmevo touts manufacturing and marketing of the products, using basically the same packaging and labeling. They are a distributor and maker of Medical devices and other products, according to their website which also lists product manufacturers,such as Bayer B, Braun and a ton of others. I did not see BioElectronics on that list. Are they Brand X waiting for Heat Sealed Logos, IDK, but if it walks and quacks like a Duck, it must be a Duck. The products are no secret in South East Asia. I've been focused on the U.S. Market and missed the PR about Pharmevo put out in May.I see no mention of letting them manufacture our products, maybe I missed it. Make of it what you will, I asked IR for clarification almost 3 hours ago, and have yet to receive a reply. Just my humble opinion after doing a little DD. Have a great day.
