If Treasury believed they were entitled to execute the warrants, why didn't they do it in 2012 when they learned FnF were about to enter "golden age of profits"? 79.9% of $300 billion was a lot to look forward to. They knew then (and do now) that the exercise price of 100,000 shares for a dollar wouldn't fly.

If the SPSPA is written down as paid off

The warrants have no value

The warrants only have value if the loan wasn't paid off.

There wil be massive lawsuits if the gov't tries to have its cake and eat it too bs again
