If Treasury believed they were entitled to execute the warrants, why didn't they do it in 2012 when they learned FnF were about to enter "golden age of profits"? 79.9% of $300 billion was a lot to look forward to. They knew then (and do now) that the exercise price of 100,000 shares for a dollar wouldn't fly.
