I doubt it Chuck. At the current time it just makes way more sense to lease existing buildings rather than build new structures. It is way, WAY cheaper and so much faster than going through design, permitting, bidding and construction. That whole process would take at least a year, more probably two years. By leasing existing facilities they would only need to finance the leasehold improvements, (lighting, grow room demising walls, plumbing etc.). That can be accomplished in probably three months or so...............six months tops.
