The Board position perhaps doesn't matter so much. But people with money have a say. Look at Garrett. He provided a $5M? loan and look how much influence he had.
ECAB, even though they aren't quite happy with what they have achieved, were able to stop the dilution for almost 3 years and take the PPS to $17.
I said this will be like the ECAB deal. You could still buy the stock for 0.078 AFTER the news and we were up 100% earlier today. Both, Heng Ren and Fredly, can provide $20M IMO if they want to. Perhaps more, but certainly more than ECAB.
The most likely way to finance the company is probably a convertible bond. Similar to ECAB. Finance the trade divisions. If it works out, they can convert for say $1. If not, they will still make money on the loan.
We'll see what they are up to.
