I really hope,that this can result in something good for all shareholders.

But, we have already tried a board member that did everything in his power to protect the shareholders. We know that Solomon did whatever he liked without any consent.

I do not know if this settlement overrules the power of the A-shares. Anyone with knowledge about that?
