It would not have been Verb directly. There are many ways FINRA’s interest might be triggered. Not sure I understand the point about the underwriter. If any of that was facilitated by the underwriter in advance of the offering in order to make the stock more attractive to buy at $1.10...then that would be a very serious issue.

I highly doubt they would be that stupid.
