The bluesheets, as they are called, is the detailed information that brokers provide to FINRA, when specifically asked, about who exactly is on each end of a transaction. The actual customer and all the information about them. They then look for suspicious trading behavior in that data. The fact it happened the DAY BEFORE an offering at $1.10 makes even more weird.

Regardless of whether their was malfeasance or not...it was so unusual it would be worthwhile for a regulator to see what was going on. Taken at face value their are people who should have lost MILLIONS in the last two days...and perhaps there would be some evidence somewhere of that? There is silence.
