The only goal is to be able to push 10 million shares of stock into the market at $1.10. The underwriter will make their money on the discount which we do not know yet. But yesterday was bizarre, in its timing, in the volume, how short lived it was and the amount of $ involved.
I hope FINRA does take a look at it. It’s hard to believe it was just random and not some coordinated effort.
