No no no... tptw and rnva formed a InnovaQor a few months ago. Tptw said they would form the company as a subsidiary and then spin off into a new public company. That is what is going on. This does not affect tptw at all. Still the same company and same products.

Tptw is providing ViewMeLive License for InnovaQor to have telemedicine capabilities. InnovaQor /RNVA is giving 3.5 million cash to tptw for the software license and 5 million shares of stock which they sre giving 2.5 million back to us shareholders
