Going on published statements in official company documents, in my view, if I do not take in all of the commentary by people who say they spoke with this person or that person, this would be the most likely accurate view IMHO.

Read the email again:

We have said for a long while that we will notify all at the same time when we have reached lock

They have NOT notified they have reached DL cause did not reached DL or did I miss something.
Therefore they have a delay which they also NOT communicated because in their view the delay is not significant. They said they are aware of the situation blabla got zillions emails.

so long would it take for them to call it a delay? 2 months? any delay on the said target timeline is a delay a day late is a delay. whether a delay or not they missed their target timeline so they should let us know what’s going on. how about a little bit of transparency there?
