Wash trading is simply a set of trades that go on between multiple accounts in a coordinated fashion. A sells to B who sells to C who sells back to A. Wouldn’t be done by Rory or the company, but his OTC DNA suggests that he has helpers for all range of things. Paid pumping, etc.
However...that is still a boatload of volume even for those types of tricks.
