The alloys and manufacturing processes are developed using patented technology from exclusive intellectual property licensed from Caltech, NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).

I’m fairly certain that there is only one company that actually owns amorphous metal IP from Caltech and JPL... and they hold that IP in a wholly owned subsidiary known as Crucible Intellectual Properties.
