This is pretty dead on. They were late on their filings pre-covid as well. It's on ABMC, not on the auditors.

When I joined the team, this exact conversation was going on hot and heavy, but I toned things down, and of course rising share price did the rest.

However, now I see what the longs saw and I missed at the time, so I am joining you on this.

Board meeting is not soon enough, so we just have to ride with the flow of what product does in spite of management.

You are correct. Can't be the auditor's fault, when it took her a hundred and five days (105) to get the first quarter financials to them.

Very well said. I totally agree. This is not on the auditors. It’s clear that the delay was caused by the company. Regardless, of DD, i believe this makes people hesitant to invest when they see a company can’t meet deadlines. I’d like to invest more but will wait until I see more information provided by the company. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way. Can someone provide emails for members of the BOD? They should hear investor concerns. Thanks.
