We need to quit giving her a pass. I’m sorry bro but this ones not on the auditors! She was very very late in getting the financials over to the auditors, it’s solely on her and the company. I’ve stayed positive this whole time but she has no clue about shareholder value, 0, zip, nada. The company has a perfect opportunity to become a real company again and she’s failing at the little things. Quarter 2 is due out soon and I’m already bracing myself for more excuses from her. I know you’ve stated she’s been working 14 hour days but when you’re at the helm of a publicly traded company you better be working 18 hour days to make sure the little filings are on time. By her missing deadlines it causes the company to refrain from giving out updates which in turn not only kills momentum it closes the door on perfectly great marketing tools for more sales. Melissa needs to be better
