LB, while not quite naive enough to think people with agendas don't exist I would rather give the Judge the benefit of the doubt. I believe your list of reasons are much more appropriate. Further, I believe she will be overturned if the opportunity does not allow for her to abandon her earlier decision in retrospect.
Louie agree with you completely, particularly the first part about the lack of understanding of the science ,way above her head ,and then she has to make a decision in complicated cases like this wow!
