They don’t buy until the deal is closed. They can’t apply proper valuation until the merger details are disclosed. Based on current valuation and SS I’d say $7PPS is fair value.

Trust me on this, as joe retail simply doesn't buy over 100 thousand dollars worth of any penny stock all in 1 shot off the ask period!
