And on this point I 100% agree Venture Cap, as until the fully audited financials get published the day they officially file the Definitive Merger/JV consortium Agreement...the real big boy money won't begin their collective position building fun!
But folks are simply kidding themselves if they think NYSE: TRU won't be the BIGGEST driver of the eventual valuation metrics and appropriate sector multiple that eventually gets applied here. And TRU simply would NOT be involved period, if there were any level of so-called penny scamming occurring either right cheers!
PS: A hedge fund manager flat out told me last wednesday that a company like TRU would demand to secure as many deals as possible prior to any Definitive Closing Agreement filing ever gets filed here! So that when the official merger/jv closing does occur, there will be ZERO doubt whatsoever about the eventual deserved valuation metrics and appropriate sector multiple that will need to be applied here by big boy money around the world the day of the official closing glty
