What to do with sale force if generic win again? From where I live, severance of a week per year of employment is typical; two weeks per is very generous; a month is only a single handful companies do that.

Talking about settlement as of now, amrn cannot pay generics to go away and allowing them a early entry day is not attempting enough to them either because teva and apo will piggy back (and h and r did all the heavy lifting). So I see h and r are not motivated to accept even a super generous entry date. So only cards amrn this one trick pony have in pocket are: api supply, own generic, and praying/singer.
