Indeed, almost 5% of the $NDTP float has been bought in just 3 days at at a 30% + premium to the 200 day rising VWAP of $NDTP, and that is before the SEC fillings and shell/CE status is lost to the ash heap of history in one SEC filling, LOL

What if they already have a $Billion dollar license deal with say Novartis for the Nano Delivery Technology that can cross the Blood brain barrier and is confidential for now? Or they sign one right after the lights go on???
