Yep and I believe the blinded data from low absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) patients would have suggested treatment benefit being seen early based on immune response criteria to treatment which would not otherwise be there. Low ALC patients is the one known factor to be different in Germany than anywhere else. "Optimization" is the potential difference being seen in more longer living patients after Germany came on board. Best wishes.
