What!? Everything they do deviates from the norm. Just the other day, a ticker was at the top of the hot board that has not been in compliance for almost 5 years. The corruption within this area is very rampant. It all needs to be revamped and cleansed. It is pink. They do not operate by their own standards. They should start protecting investors from themselves.
