I am remembering those remarkable rolling robot vehicles, rolling down long hallways and entering open doorways, all the time emitting UV light frequencies that kill virus in its path. Airline, ship and hotel markets. The cost was ~ $100k per vehicle for the one I saw.

Can't use the ships as floating hotels for the same reason people won't take cruises - too many people crammed into a small place with no escape. Can CCL pay for the ships when they're earning nothing for at least a year or will they have to file BK? Airline travel won't return to previous levels, at least not for business trips - companies have discovered telecoms are capable of fulfilling their needs and they won't go back to paying for expensive trips for in person meetings for normal business operations, makes no financial sense. This virus is nothing like terrorist attacks - you can find and capture terrorists, or ramp up policing to clamp down on risks - you can't avoid an invisible virus that may be carried by every person you meet - until vaccines are widely available and known to provide long lasting immunity people are not going to travel for vacations, and least not ones where they need to fly to the destination.
